Coachella & Stagecoach Transportation
In short
Alliance Luxury Transportation provides chauffeured transportation to the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, from Orange County, Los Angeles and the airports. A pre-arranged return is strongly recommended — leaving the festival grounds without booked transportation is genuinely difficult.

Pre-agreed collection point
Coachella and Stagecoach take place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, roughly two hours east of Orange County on the 10 — longer on a festival weekend, when the corridor into the valley carries an extraordinary volume of traffic.
The return is the part that catches people out. Getting away from the festival grounds without pre-arranged transportation is difficult in a way that is hard to appreciate until you are standing in it.
Arriving at Coachella & Stagecoach
We agree a specific drop-off and collection point before the weekend rather than during it. Mobile signal at the grounds is unreliable at peak and coordinating by phone is not realistic.
For groups a Sprinter or mini coach is the sensible vehicle — it keeps everyone together, carries the gear, and makes the return a single pickup.
Most groups book round-trip transfers from a Palm Springs or Indian Wells hotel rather than from Los Angeles each day.
