Anaheim is the busiest single destination in Orange County and the one with the most complicated ground transportation. Disneyland, the Convention Center, the Honda Center and Angel Stadium sit within a few miles of each other, and on the wrong weekend all four are active at once.

That is precisely when a pre-arranged vehicle stops being a luxury. Leaving a sold-out Honda Center at the same moment as a convention breaking up is not a situation any app handles well.

Getting around Anaheim

The Anaheim Resort District — Disneyland, the Convention Center and the hotel corridor along Harbor and Katella — operates as its own traffic system, and it is congested by design. The single most useful thing we do here is know which hotel entrances and drop-off points work when the main roads are full.

The Platinum Triangle to the east holds Angel Stadium and the Honda Center. Anaheim Hills, further east again beyond the 91, is a completely different kind of pickup: residential, spread out and roughly twenty minutes from the resort district.

For convention arrivals from LAX we generally recommend routing to the 91 or the 5 depending on time of day rather than defaulting to one.

Corporate transportation in Anaheim

The Anaheim Convention Center is the largest on the West Coast, and convention work makes up most of our corporate volume here — delegate arrivals from LAX and SNA, scheduled shuttles between hotel blocks and the centre, and executive collection for speakers and exhibitors.

For exhibiting companies we run recurring shuttle loops for the duration of a show rather than individual bookings.

Weddings and events in Anaheim

Disneyland and Disney California Adventure run year-round. The Honda Center hosts Ducks games and major concerts; Angel Stadium hosts baseball through the summer. All three benefit from a booked return, because leaving at capacity is the hard part.

For groups we run everything from a fourteen-seat Sprinter through 55-passenger motorcoaches, which keeps a party together between a hotel and a venue.
