Alliance Luxury Transportation provides hourly and as-directed chauffeur service throughout Southern California, where a vehicle and chauffeur remain with you for a booked block of time rather than a single trip. It is the right structure for multi-stop business days, events, private tours and any schedule that cannot be fixed in advance.
Hourly service is what you book when you do not know exactly what the day looks like. The vehicle waits, the chauffeur stays, and the itinerary can change without anybody re-booking anything.
It is billed against a block of time rather than a route, so three stops cost the same as one if they fit the hours.
When hourly beats point-to-point
As a rule of thumb: two stops or fewer, book point-to-point. Three or more, or an uncertain finish time, book hourly. Anything involving waiting — a dinner, a show, a meeting of unknown length — is hourly work.

How as-directed works in practice
You book a start time and a number of hours. Where you go within that time is decided as you go. If the day runs over, it extends at the hourly rate rather than ending.
Luggage, shopping and materials stay in the vehicle between stops, which is half the value of the arrangement.

The charter extends at the hourly rate. You are not left without transportation because a meeting overran.
