Group Transportation
In short
Alliance Luxury Transportation provides group transportation across Southern California using executive and shuttle Sprinters for up to fourteen passengers, minibuses seating 23, 27 or 34, and full motorcoaches seating up to 55. Group work includes conference shuttles, corporate offsites, wedding guest transport and large family events.
Moving a group in one vehicle is not just more comfortable than splitting it across several — it is the only way the group actually arrives together. Three separate cars means three separate arrival times and at least one that gets lost.
We size the vehicle to the group and the luggage, and we run everything from a fourteen-seat Sprinter to a 55-passenger motorcoach.
Sizing the vehicle
The right vehicle depends on headcount, luggage and how long people will be in it. An hour in a Sprinter is fine; three hours is better in a mini coach.
- Up to 14 passengers — executive or shuttle Sprinter, with luggage for fourteen pieces
- Up to 12 in lounge seating — limo Sprinter, for evenings and celebrations
- 23, 27 or 34 — minibus, with dedicated luggage space
- Up to 55 — full motorcoach, with underfloor luggage bays
Conference and convention shuttles
For convention groups we run scheduled loops between hotel blocks and venues — the Anaheim Convention Center and Long Beach Convention Center are both regular work. Arrival shuttles direct from LAX, SNA or LGB can be arranged for incoming delegations.
Long-distance group transfers
For runs out to Palm Springs, San Diego, Santa Barbara or Temecula wine country, a coach turns a logistics problem into part of the trip. Power outlets, screens and real legroom matter considerably more at two hours than at twenty minutes.
