Huntington Beach has a summer problem and a parking problem, and they are the same problem. Between the US Open of Surfing, the Fourth of July parade — one of the largest in the country — and eight miles of beach, the city absorbs enormous crowds into a road network that was not built for them.
Most of our work here is downtown evenings, summer events and airport runs, plus a steady stream of weddings at the beachfront hotels.
Getting around Huntington Beach
Pacific Coast Highway is the spine and the bottleneck. On a July weekend it is effectively a car park from Beach Boulevard to Golden West, and the honest advice is to be dropped off rather than to attempt parking downtown.
Huntington Harbour at the north end is a different city entirely — waterfront residential, quiet, and closer to Long Beach than to the pier. Pickups there are straightforward at any time of year.
For the airports, the useful fact is that Long Beach is closer than John Wayne from the north end of the city, and often quicker than either from the harbour.

Corporate transportation in Huntington Beach
Huntington Beach is more residential than corporate, and most business travel here is people leaving rather than arriving — early runs to John Wayne and LAX from home addresses.
The beachfront hotels host corporate retreats and offsites through the year, for which we run group transfers and scheduled shuttles.
Weddings and events in Huntington Beach
The US Open of Surfing in summer and the Fourth of July parade are the two events that define the city’s calendar, and both make independent driving genuinely impractical. A booked round trip is the only comfortable way to attend either.
Beachfront weddings run through spring and summer, usually with a hotel block downtown and a shuttle loop between it and the venue.

The Disneyland trip that goes wrong usually goes wrong at the transport stage, and almost always in the same way: a family of five books a sedan, arrives at LAX with five suitcases and a stroller, and discovers the trunk holds three bags.
