Alliance Luxury Transportation provides wedding transportation throughout Orange County, Los Angeles and Southern California, including the couple’s car, bridal party vehicles and guest shuttles between ceremony, reception and hotels. Vehicles range from the Mercedes-Benz S-Class to 55-passenger motorcoaches.
Wedding transportation is a logistics job disguised as a luxury one. The couple’s car is the easy part. The hard part is forty guests, two venues, a hotel block and a photographer who needs everyone in one place at a specific time.
We plan against your run sheet rather than a pickup time, because a wedding is a sequence rather than a trip.
The three vehicles a wedding usually needs
Most weddings resolve into the same three requirements, and it is worth being clear about which you actually need before booking.
- The couple’s car — an S-Class or luxury sedan, for the arrival that gets photographed
- The bridal party — a limo Sprinter, where twelve people can face each other rather than sit in rows
- Guest shuttles — a mini coach or motorcoach looping between the hotel block and the venue
Guest shuttles are the thing people under-plan
A shuttle running between the hotel and the venue solves parking, solves guests drinking, and removes the awkward end-of-night problem entirely. It is almost always the highest-value vehicle on the booking and the one people think of last.
We will build a loop schedule around your ceremony and reception times rather than a single pickup.
Decorations and timing
Decorations that will not damage the interior are welcome with advance notice — tell us when booking and we will confirm what works. For timing, we hold vehicles rather than running them to a stopwatch: weddings run late, and the transportation should absorb that rather than add to it.
