LAX Airport Transportation

LAX designates a specific passenger pickup area at every terminal. These are the only locations where a chauffeur is permitted to meet arriving passengers, so your driver will direct you to the zone matching your terminal.

Your chauffeur’s name and phone number are sent to you the day before your trip, so you can make contact directly once you have your bags.

Every LAX pickup is monitored against your actual flight rather than your scheduled one. If you land ninety minutes late, your pickup moves ninety minutes later and there is no delay charge. This is included on every airport booking rather than offered as an add-on.

If a flight is cancelled outright, the reservation is refunded in full.

The drive from Orange County to LAX is the one people misjudge. It is roughly 40 to 50 miles depending on where you start, and the honest travel time is anywhere from 55 minutes at 5am on a Sunday to well over two hours on a weekday afternoon on the 405.

We build pickup times backwards from your check-in requirement rather than from a fixed number, and we watch traffic on the morning of travel. If the 405 is closed and the 605 is the better line, your chauffeur already knows.

International arrivals into Tom Bradley come with more luggage and less patience. For parties of four or more we recommend a full-size SUV rather than a sedan — six seats and six bags, with no repacking at the curb. Larger groups move in an executive Sprinter, which takes fourteen passengers and fourteen pieces of luggage.
