Alliance Luxury Transportation provides corporate ground transportation across Orange County, Los Angeles and the wider Southern California region, including executive airport transfers, client collection, multi-stop roadshows and group movements. Corporate accounts are available with consolidated billing, recurring scheduling and priority dispatch.
Corporate transportation is judged on a single question: did the car arrive. Everything else — the vehicle, the interior, the chauffeur’s manner — only matters once that is settled.
We hold corporate accounts for companies across Orange County and Los Angeles that move executives, visiting clients and staff on a regular basis. Billing is consolidated, scheduling can be set to recur, and dispatch treats account bookings as priority work.
How corporate accounts work
An account removes the per-trip friction. Bookings can be placed by an assistant, an office manager or the traveller directly. Charges consolidate rather than hitting individual cards, and invoicing can be arranged for approved business clients.

Roadshows and multi-stop days
For a day of back-to-back meetings across the region, an hourly charter is the right structure rather than a series of point-to-point bookings. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you, luggage and materials stay in the car, and the schedule can move without re-booking.
Provide the itinerary when booking and every stop is built in. If the day runs long, it extends rather than ends.
Client and VIP collection
Sending a car for an arriving client is a small gesture that lands disproportionately well. For client-facing collection we recommend the Mercedes-Benz S-Class — the vehicle reads correctly at a hotel entrance and the cabin is quiet enough for a conversation on the way in.
Meet-and-greet inside the terminal can be arranged so a visitor is met by name rather than left to find the kerb.
Moving teams and conference groups
For groups, an executive Sprinter carries fourteen and a minibus 23, 27 or 34, keeping a team in one vehicle rather than split across cars. For conference and convention work we run full motorcoaches between hotels and venues.
