The Anaheim Convention Center is the largest on the West Coast, and a major show puts tens of thousands of people into the resort district at once — the same district that already holds Disneyland and its hotels.
Ground transportation for a show is a scheduling problem rather than a booking problem, and we treat it that way.
Arriving at Anaheim Convention Center
For exhibiting companies and conference organisers we run scheduled shuttle loops between hotel blocks and the centre for the duration of a show, rather than individual bookings.
Delegate arrivals come in from LAX, John Wayne, Long Beach and Ontario. John Wayne is the closest at roughly 13 miles; LAX at around 35 miles is the more common long-haul arrival.
For speakers and executives we run individual transfers with meet-and-greet at the terminal where required.
