Pre-agreed collection point
The Long Beach Convention Center sits on the downtown waterfront beside the Aquarium and the Pike, with hotels within walking distance and Long Beach Airport four miles away.
That proximity makes it one of the easier convention venues in the region to serve — the airport transfer is genuinely short.
Arriving at Long Beach Convention Center
For conference groups we run scheduled shuttle loops between the downtown hotels and the centre for the duration of a show.
Delegate arrivals come mostly through Long Beach at roughly four miles and LAX at around 22 miles. Long Beach is a compact airport with a quick walk from gate to kerb.
During the Grand Prix each April, substantial parts of downtown close for the street circuit and routes change considerably.
